Denmark (1st) is the most prosperous country in 2021, ranking in the top ten for all but one pillar. It leads the world in Social Capital, with citizens reporting high levels of confidence in key institutions like the judicial system and courts (86%) as well as strong generalised interpersonal trust (74%).
