Prosperity Institute appoints new Board of Directors following its incorporation as a Private Company limited by Guarantee

20th April 2026: Prosperity Institute is delighted to announce the appointment of two non-executive Directors to its Board. Michael Green, a venture capital investor, and Marcus Pont, an entrepreneur and engineer who is the CEO of the Bristol-based engineering company, Domin, are welcomed as members of the board of the Prosperity Institute.

The Prosperity Institute is independent and unaffiliated to any political party. Its mission is to advance and protect the principles and ideas that create national prosperity. The Prosperity Institute was known as the Legatum Institute from 2007 to 2024. While previously organised as a charity, it is now a private Company Limited by Guarantee. The Institute continues to receive funding support from Legatum, a global investment and philanthropic firm with the mission of generating and allocating the capital and ideas to help people lead more prosperous lives.
