Further, there are circumstances in which legal obligations require us to disclose your information to third parties.
In all other cases, and where not dictated by our public obligations, we process your data on the basis of our legitimate interests. Before proceeding, we conduct an assessment to ensure that our data processing will not cause you harm, is not unduly intrusive, and is carried out in line with this Privacy Policy.
How Long We Keep Your Data For
We will keep data for as long as is needed to complete the task for which it was collected. Should you wish to remove your data from our database, you can request this, and your data will be removed no later than one day following acknowledgement of receipt of the request.
