Damien Shannon leads Prosperity Institute’s work into government and institutional reform. He is a former civil servant with over a decade of experience in the Cabinet Office, the Home Office and 10 Downing Street.
His research interests include the relationship between Ministers and officials, public accountability and transparency, and improving competition and competence in the Civil Service.
