Sharon is the Operations Manager at the Prosperity Institute, bringing extensive experience in operational oversight, project management and financial administration. Prior to joining the Institute, she spent over twelve years at the Westminster‑based think tank Policy Exchange, where she held the position of Finance and Operations Manager. In this role, she developed a comprehensive skill set spanning office management, project coordination, and strategic financial processes.
Sharon earned her B.A (Hons) in European Studies with Spanish at the University of Plymouth. She began her career at the global online trading platform Instinet, where her language skills enabled her to support the firm’s Iberian client base. She subsequently joined the investment bank Bear Stearns International, undertaking a range of responsibilities over her eight-year tenure. Her roles included supporting the Convertible Bond trading team, providing operational support to the Equity trading desk, and serving as a trading assistant within the Credit Derivatives division. She also contributed to the integration efforts during JP Morgan’s acquisition of the bank.
Sharon maintains a strong personal interest in politics, Spanish language and culture, and modern history.
