Clara worked at the IEA, running its educational programmes and conferences and coordinating academic network engagement. Clara read Theology & Religion at Oxford and now manages the Institute’s Fellowship and Internship programmes.

Kate has over 20 years experience in international finance, spanning private investment, sovereign wealth, banking, Big 4 practice, and media start up.

Nikolay Atanasov is the Hospitality Coordinator for the Prosperity Institute.

Alexander previously worked in Parliament for the Chair of the Foreign Affairs Committee, focussing on foreign policy, national resilience, and security legislation.

Prior to working at the institute James worked in finance, first as a project accountant within the defence industry and then as a fund analyst within an investment firm.

Marina has over 15 years of experience supporting C-suite leaders across the luxury, media, and investment sectors. She brings a wealth of expertise in office organisation to the Institute's Operations Team.

Angus joined the Prosperity Institute after almost four years’ experience running political, reputational, and corporate campaigns, most notably for Lynton Crosby’s CT Group.

Sharon is the Operations Manager at the Prosperity Institute. Prior to joining the Institute, she spent over twelve years at the Westminster‑based think tank Policy Exchange, where she held the position of Finance and Operations Manager.

Fred oversees the Institute’s parliamentary and legislative work. He is responsible for research on British prosperity, encompassing Brexit opportunities, regulatory and government reform, and economic growth.

Alexander joined the Sovereignty Unit in 2023. His latest report, “From AUKUS to CAUKUS: The Case for Canadian Integration”, was endorsed by four former Prime Ministers.

Jordan seeks to understand the world through a more quantitative lens. His principal goal is to promote prosperity, in the broadest sense of the word, both at home and abroad.
