Angus joined the Prosperity Institute after almost four years’ experience running political, reputational, and corporate campaigns, most notably for Lynton Crosby’s CT Group.

Jordan seeks to understand the world through a more quantitative lens. His principal goal is to promote prosperity, in the broadest sense of the word, both at home and abroad.

Guy is a Senior Researcher on Nationhood at the Prosperity Institute.

Prior to joining Prosperity Institute, Sam led research and advocacy projects at the Centre for Social Justice, in housing, homelessness, planning, criminal justice, youth services, and sports policy.

Damien Shannon is a former civil servant with over a decade of experience in the Cabinet Office, the Home Office and 10 Downing Street.

Alexander previously worked in Parliament for the Chair of the Foreign Affairs Committee, focussing on foreign policy, national resilience, and security legislation.

Franziska Cook is the Prosperity Institute's Events Manager. She brings a diverse international background to the role.

Sharon is the Operations Manager at the Prosperity Institute. Prior to joining the Institute, she spent over twelve years at the Westminster‑based think tank Policy Exchange, where she held the position of Finance and Operations Manager.

Iliana Nenkova oversees operations to ensure exceptional service and smooth organisational experiences.

Clara worked at the IEA, running its educational programmes and conferences and coordinating academic network engagement. Clara read Theology & Religion at Oxford and now manages the Institute’s Fellowship and Internship programmes.

Prior to working at the institute James worked in finance, first as a project accountant within the defence industry and then as a fund analyst within an investment firm.
